In light of the recent communication from the Royal Malaysia Customs Department, we wish to notify you that starting March 1st, 2024, there will be an adjustment in the Service Tax (SST) rate, increasing from 6% to 8% for some of the taxable services provided by IONKLIK NETWORK (ionbytes.net). This change will be reflected in all future invoices in accordance with the Service Tax Guideline.
As SST is paid to Customs based on collections, any outstanding invoices with 6% SST that are paid after 1 March 2024 will be adjusted to 8% SST.
